Miami Dolphins: Traffic case against Brian Hartline closed

According to a tweet by the Miami Herald’s Mike Bernardino, Miami Dolphins coach Tony Sparano stated that the Florida Highway Patrol has closed the case against second year wide receiver Brian Hartline, with no charges being filed.
